Ability Heroes LTD - Organisational Structure
A Board of up to seven Directors is responsible for the Governance of the Organisation. Directors are elected for a three-year term and can stand for re-election.
The Board elects the Chairperson and office bearers (Secretary, Treasurer).

Our Current Advisory Committee
The Advisory Committee may have up to eighteen (18) members. Consisting of a cross-section of people with disabilities, seniors, carers, parents with young children, and representatives from government, support organisations, and industry. The Chairperson of the Advisory Committee will fill the seventh position as an appointed Board member with equal voting rights as elected Board members. In addition, two other committee members can be selected to join the Board as observers and non-voting board members.
